What is Mobbing?

As per Wikipedia, Mobbing is described as the following:

Mobbing is a term referring to a type of animal behavior. A newer use refers to a group behavioral phenomenon in workplaces. In a different sense, it is a criminal offence in Scotland.

It is also referred as Workplace bullying:

Workplace bullying, like childhood bullying, is the tendency of individuals or groups to use persistent aggressive or unreasonable behavior against a co-worker. Workplace bullying can include such tactics as verbal, nonverbal, psychological, physical abuse and humiliation.
